Protected Classes: Recognizing Workplace Harassment
This module explores the definition of harassment and the many different forms it can take. Employees will discover that harassment and discrimination are not always overt and will learn guidelines for recognizing them, including the Reasonable Person Standard and the importance of context. Practice in identifying harassment is provided through scenarios. This content is appropriate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training initiatives.
